POLE POSITION and POLE POSITION "FITNESS", INC. are registered trademarks of Pole Position "Fitness", Inc.; a California corporation.

POLE POSITION, was developed by Sharon Polsky. Pole Position is a phrase coined in auto-racing that means #1 or first position. Pole Position Fitness Inc., embodies this philosophy in the development of our programs and dedication to our customers.

POLE POSITION is the title of the Pole Dance for Fitness Class developed by Sharon Polsky. As a licensed POLE POSITION facility, Pole Position "Fitness", Inc.; is granting a facility the rights to utilize the name to identify the type of class that is being taught at that facility. Lastly, POLE POSITION, is the certification course that POLE POSITION certified Pole Dancing Fitness instructors go through. By identifying classes as POLE POSITION classes the facility is certifying that their classes are taught by Pole Position Certified instructors.

Registration of the trademark POLE POSITION "FITNESS" with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office provides Pole Position "Fitness", Inc. with legal means for protecting consumers, licensees, distributors, our company, and products and services from deceptive imitations/practices. These rights include, among other things, the exclusive right to use the trademark throughout the United States, and a presumption of validity of the registered trademark.
