Tardiness:

DO NOT BE LATE TO CLASS. 10 minutes prior to class your space will be given to others on the wait list or walkins. If there is nobody to take your spot, once the warm-up is completed you will not be allowed to join class!!!

If you are late you will be turned away and your class payment will not be refunded. Not only is tardiness disruptive, but this is also a safety issue. 

Disruptions:

As a small business we run a very tight schedule. There will most likely be a class going on prior to the class you are attending. In order to ensure that we begin your class on time it is important that you arrive early, but please keep your talking to a minimum. Feel free to enter the studio, sign in and prepare for class.


Cell Phones:

Please turn off your phones or put them in manner mode during classes. And this hopefully goes without saying, please do not answer your cell phone during class

 

Class Sign In:

Please sign in on the clipboard for all classes at the studio prior to every class.
 

Limited Membership Cards (point cards):

Your limited membership cards are located at the studio. When you come to class please sign in and take out your membership card and leave it on the front desk. The instructor will fill in the class that you attended and put the card away in the box. These expire in 3 months.


Payments at the Door:

We prefer not to take payments at the door. We will only take payments at the door for walkins. All members must make payment arrangements by either phoning the studio at 562-930-1223 or notifying the instructor prior to or at the end of class and signing an ad-on membership confirmation.

Walkins: We cap our classes at 6 people per class. If you intend on paying at the door and the class is full we will give priority to customers signed up in advance. Exact change required.

Guests & Class Observation:

We do not allow guests or observers at any of our locations. We uphold the privacy of all of our clients.

Please either text or email all schedule changes 48 hours prior.

PPF Schedule Changes and Modifications:

PPF schedules are subject to change without notice. Although typically this would only happen in the event of an emergency. We manage our schedule for 2 weeks. The current week and the following week. All schedule changes will be posted at least 1 week ahead of time.

Holidays:

PPF is closed for most holidays. The holiday schedule will be posted at the studio 1 week prior.

 

Refunds:

All PPF payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person. You may choose to transfer to another class time by providing us with 48 hour written notice notice.

 

Cancellation or Rescheduling:

PPF requires 48 hour written notice for all cancellations or rescheduling  for classes. Classes are non-refundable or transferable to another user.
 

Waiver of Liability:

You, the participant, accept responsibility for your own use of any and all apparatus, appliances, facility, privilege and service whatsoever, owned and operated by Fun Fit Studio at your own risk, and shall hold this club, owners, employees, directors, officers, and agents harmless from any and all loss, claim, injury, damage, or liability sustained or incurred by you resulting there from.

Limited Memberships/Expirations:

Limited Memberships are only valid for 3 months. The expiration date will be written on your membership card. Please plan accordingly. In the event that your limited membership is expired you will not be allowed to sign up for class in advance and will be subject to our First Come First Served policy.

Expiration: Limited Memberships are valid for 3 months. After 3 months they will expire.

Unlimited Memberships:

All Monthly Unlimited memberships are processed through our Monthly Convenience Billing. Monthly Convenience Billing requires a 6 month minimum commitment and is an open ended membership. At startup you will pay 1st and last month and subsequent monthly payments will be conveniently deducted through safe efit processing from a checking or credit card account. After 6 months, in the event that you wish to terminate your membership you must provide us with 30 day written notice.

Fundraising Gift Certificates:

If you are in possession of gift certificates that you won at a fundraiser, our fundraising gift certificates expire annually and we will only honor the $ value of the gift certificate. You still need to sign up in advance for classes and you are subject to availability.
 

Punchcards expire after 3 months.

No Sharing of Punchcards.

You must give your punchcard to the instructor to punch.

Waiting List:
No Sign Ups with a ? will be allowed, You either commit to class and cancel within 48 hours or you can take class if there is room.

Sign Up Board:
No writing in names on the sign up board in front of others that have previously signed up. You must add your name to the end of the list. 
If you feel that I have made a mistake please contact me directly to discuss and we can come up with an amicable arrangement that is fair for everybody. 
You may not sing up before 7 days prior to a class
Important:
Cell phones are very distracting to other participants in class. Please put them away and do not answer them during class. If you think that it might me an emergency please step outside of the facility to have your conversation. * Policies & Procedures Subject to Change at Owners Discretion...
