Like my standard personal training programs I will develop a very
convenient and effective program for you based on your personal needs
and fitness goals, but by participating with other Pole Position members
you can share the expense and hold each other accountable.
Program Includes:
2 Personal Training Session per week.

Personalized Health & Wellness Journal
Personalized Meal Plan
Monthly Measurements
Monthly Progress Report
Optional Set Training Times.

*Monthly Convenience Billing - 6
month minimum open ended, 1st and last month paid at time of
commitment. Subsequent monthly payments will be conveniently deducted through
safe efit processing from a checking or credit card account.
