GAP

WHAT IS GAP?

(Goal Assessment Program)

Free to all members

$25 for non members (6 month minimum commitment)

Open for both Pole and Traditional Fitness Programs

Starts January 2nd, 2011

Focus on short and long term pole and/or fitness goals

Includes:

  • Free 1 on 1 assessment meeting every 6 weeks

  • Personal Assessment
    (may include measurements, photos, videos, etc.)

  • Customized Programming

  • Receive a Personal GAP Binder

  • GAP Fridays
    Open Studio Hours 10 am to 12 pm, 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm
    Supervised by a GAP coach
    Programs Provided (Cardio, Weight Training, Functional Training, Pole Tricks, Pole Choreography)

  • GAP for Pole
    It is obvious how GAP applies to traditional fitness clients, but might not be as obvious how GAP can apply to a pole only client. Pole clients you will receive all of the same services as a traditional fitness client, but the GAP staff will take your specific Pole Goals into consideration and will design a program around those goals. So, for instance, if you want to be able to complete all of the Pole Tricks in the book; then the staff will design a strength and flexibility program in order to prepare you for those tricks. We will chronicle your progress in photo and/or video depending on your needs. Once you have mastered all of the tricks in the book we will schedule you for a photoshoot and you will get a book of your own with all of the tricks that you have accomplished this year.

GAP Program Outline

As fitness professional we know that you have a basic understanding of healthy eating and exercise, but that doesn't always ensure that you are successful meeting your goals. The PPF GAP program was designed specifically to help you meet your goals. We will help you meet your goals through customized programming with your specific goal in mind, positive reinforcement and motivation toward your goal, and last but not least availability of our facility and personnel to ensure you meet your goals. The GAP program was designed for you. The PPF GAP team pledges to you that we will fill in the GAPs; and help you finally find success. We will program you, guide you and support you to the best of our ability. Welcome to GAP.

We have designed the GAP program to ensure your success. Below are the necessary steps you need to take to help us help you. This is how we start the process of filling in the GAPs.

Step 1 - Fill out your questionnaires and place them in your GAP binder.

Step 2 - Pick a short term and long term goal.
Example of short term goals
Lose 5 lbs.
Eat less fast food/soda
Climb the pole
lower blood pressure
Workout consistently 3 times per week.


Example of long term goals
Major weight loss goal
Run a marathon
Compete in a bikini contest
Perform in a pole dance competition
Create a pole dancing routine for video
Bikini photoshoot
Nail an advanced pole trick
Finish a triathlon
Complete every pole trick in the pole trick book
Become a fitness instructor
Become a Pole Dance Teacher
