set time. This program is completely customized to your lifestyle, fitness goals

per mo.
This is a complete preparation for competitors. I
specialize in bikini, fitness model, fitness routine and figure competitors.
This program is fresh, fun and takes the pain out of contest preparation. I also
know how much you dread gaining weight after your competition, well have no fear
you will not be abandoned after your show. You will be given the same level of
support leading up, during and after your contest.
