Phase 2 - Pole Strength.....

Pole Position Instructor Training is supervised by a Pole Position Master Trainer. The Pole Position Training will review the guidelines set forth in Phase 1 Pole Fitness and then will progress to more advanced guidelines for teaching the intermediate participant. You must pass both your practical and written exam for Phase 1 prior to participating in Phase 2.  During the workshop we will review the concepts outlined in the recommended training materials and study guide. The Instructor Training process will conclude with a practical exam and a written exam, and you will receive a certificate of completion.

Pole Strength is 50% Movement and 50% Weight Bearing Activity (spins/tricks)

Tricks will focus on all tricks that can be broken down effectively into a beginners, intermediate and advanced version of each.

Participants will learn advanced pole dance safety and foundation, fitness industry based teaching techniques and skills for intermediate and advanced students, and will get in depth guidance how to incorporate fitness into each class to ensure each class member maximizes their workout. Lastly you will learn the complete breakdowns for 99 strength based tricks. By definition a strength based trick is anything that can be broken down into a Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced version. By learning this specific valuable teaching skill both your program and your students can grow and evolve. You will now no longer only be able to teach the ultra-fit, ultra-talented and ultra-reckless...you will master the art of teaching to all levels.
