Competitor Preparation
I do not profess to know
everything there is to prepare you for the stage, but what I do have is
a great team of experts that can. No matter what your affiliation is
WBFF, NPC, WBFF, FAP I will put a team together that will secure the
success that you want at that moment. This team includes nutritionists,
trainers, stylists, makeup and hair artists, etc. This really is your
one stop shop for success.
Program Includes:
- 6 Week Assessment - Off Season.
(not to exceed 4 people per session)

6 Week Assessment - Receive a comprehensive
prescription to meet your off season goal. This does not include your
workouts or nutrition but guidelines for your success and can provide
you with a trainer in your area.
Monthly Assessment - Receive adjustments to
your initial plan to ensure your in season success.
Weekly Evaluation - Send in photos,
measurements, and caliper readings and we will completely customize your
show preparation 6 weeks prior to show. This plan will be altered all
the way up to show and will be evaluated weekly.
Image Consulting - My team will help you
come up with a bright fresh look for the stage. This includes makeup,
hair, costume, bikini/suit, tanning, etc.
Walking and Posing Clinics - I provide
walking/posing classes at Pole Position Fitness in Long Beach
California. Our posing classes are the most comprehensive classes in
Southern California and customize your walking/posing to you and the
federation that you will be competing in; including but not limited to
WBFF, FAP/universe, and NPC.
Team Miss Fits - This is a team for
competitors by competitors. Use whoever you want for show prep and join
team Miss Fits purely to find support backstage and share resources. We
can all agree that resources like tanning, hair and makeup are less
expensive if we can share those resources with fellow competitors. There
is no charge for joining Team Miss Fits.
Routine Choreography - Your success
starts with theme and ends with a clean entertaining high energy routine,
and there is so much in between. My team will help you put your routine
together; theme, music, costume, skill building, choreography, and all of
the finishing touches. Contact me for a free consultation.
Routine Cleanup - Many competitors like
to use a local choreographer or to even choreograph a routine themselves.
Sometimes you need a second set of eyes. This second set of eyes has to
unbiased. If you look ridiculous you should be told so long before you ever
hit the stage, but then you need to be given an alternative. My specialty is
routine cleanup. My experience as a dancer, choreographer and no nonsense
approach to training is combined to ensure that you step on stage being the
best you that you can be and be proud of the routine you put on stage.
