Alternative to Impersonal Health Club Fitness Classes
I have been a successful group fitness instructor for over 16 years. I
perfected my teaching skills teaching for great organizations like 24
hour fitness, LA Fitness, Gold's Gym, Equinox, Lifetime Fitness, and so
many more. In addition, I have been a national group fitness
workshop presenter for AFAA and ACE for over 10 years. I bring my years
of experience to a more intimate setting providing you with group
fitness classes for small groups. My group fitness classes are an easy,
fun and affordable way to get your workouts in. This personal
alternative to standard health club type group fitness classes, allows
me to ensure that you accomplish your health and fitness goals.

Class Schedule:
Class Descriptions:
Small Group Training(SGT) - This is personal training shared with 2 or 3
other participants. Each session is 45 minutes long.
Yoga - Yoga
classes are taught by the best yoga instructors in the industry. Each class is
either 1 hour or 1 hour and 15 minutes long. This is an athletic power athletic
hatha flow class.
Core Training - This 45 minute class focuses on strength and
stabilization stemming from the core and moving out to the bodies external
support structure.
Cycle & Abs - This is a 45 minute cardiovascular based indoor cycling
class. The last 5 minutes of class you will participate in some abdominal
training work.
Pilates Mat - This is a 45 minute traditional mat pilates class based
on the teaching of the world renown Joseph Pilates.
Mixed Fitness - This is a 45 minute instructor choice cardio vascular
based class that can incorporate group fitness equipment like steps, weights,
cycles, mats, medicine balls and bars.
Monthly Sunday Session - This 1 hour class is offered once per month
and is a moderately intense bootcamp type functional training class.
Lap/Chair - This 45 minute movement based class uses a chair which you
will dance around and on to get the ultimate abdominal and leg workout.
Pole Orientation & Foundation - Introductory Pole Fitness Classes.
Pole 101 & Spins - Beginning Level Pole Fitness Classes
Pole Tricks Foundation - Intermediate Level Pole Fitness Classes.
Pole 201 & Int./Adv. Tricks - Intermediate/Advanced Pole Fitness
Classes
*Monthly Convenience Billing - 6
month minimum open ended, 1st and last month paid at time of
commitment. Subsequent monthly payments will be conveniently deducted through
safe efit processing from a checking or credit card account. Simply cancel by
providing 30 day written notice.
