Module 2 - Pole 201 = Vertical Strength

 

Module 2 is the second phase of this exciting new group fitness program, and the key to growing your program. Module 2 is an 8 instructor training certification workshop that focuses on the intermediate aspects of Vertical Group Fitness and you will learn all of the necessary techniques to make you a successful intermediate instructor.

There is no need to move on to additional modules unless you want to. The Vertical Group Fitness program grows with you. You are welcome to stay with module 1 and module 2 and master all of the techniques and teachings these modules have to offer. After completing Module 2, you will receive program updates bi-annually, these are called Module Updates. Module Updates will allow you to keep growing your class offerings as your students grow.
